The first phase is scheduled for commissioning in the first quarter of 2026.
It includes towers A, B, C, and parking.
- Tower A — 16 floors, floor area from 740 m2.
- Tower B — 20 floors, floor area from 780 m2.
- Tower C — 16 floors, floor area from 530 m2.
Multi-level parking for more than 600 cars is equipped with electric vehicles charging stations.
